Message: I moved into a new facility in February 2000. TECC installed a very easy to operate security system that same year. Through the years we have upgraded that system to wireless, added a outdoor siren, and added 3 additional buildings onto the system. Originally, each of us had to manually punch in a code on a key pad inside the building, today we use our smart phones from anywhere. Twice we have been broken into, most recently this Spring. Both times the alarm system scared off the burglars before anything could be taken. TECC Security is the only security company I would ever use because their product does exactly what its meant to do, every time. Beyond satisfied 18 year customer,. Message: After an unfortunate break-in at our Collision Repair Shop, we recently decided to get a system installed by TECC. We received nothing short of excellent service, excellent products and even better support. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable; making the install quick and trouble-free. A few days after install, my father had questions and inquiries about how to operate the new system. TECC happily sent a technician out to train him that SAME day. The technician, Luke, even sent my father a follow up e-mail after his visit, with the same step by step instructions, just in case he came across those questions again. We are not only very pleased with the system, the cameras and the service but we are mostly pleased with the high level of support we have received from TECC thus far. A very positive experience overall - I would highly recommend their services and products to anyone looking for a painless and effective way to feel safer protecting their home or business.
